Honestly, that was a great game. The reason things are changing here at Oregon is recruiting. Oregon’s problem has always been we didn’t have the big uglies up on the line. Our scheme was always depending on speed and relying on outscoring you. Mario Cristobal has built a program based on what he learned at Alabama. Oregon’s problem has consistently been they could not close games out against the “SEC type” of teams. We would always get out muscled at the end of the game. That’s what happened last time we played Ohio State, and everyone saw what happened against Auburn in the national championship. Also, the fact that Oregon was able to do this without their two best players on defense, and arguably the best defense of player in ALL of college football speaks volumes! This is not the same Oregon football that people are used to seeing. This is not a team that’s going to run up 60 points a game while giving up 61 anymore. I wish you buckeyes fans luck for the rest of the season, but this is a completely different team schematically for Oregon than anybody has ever seen before.

BROWN and Cristobal deserve MAD respect, loyalty, trust and faith 🙏 from all Duck fans after this one. Loads of negative comments after the Fresno State game (guilty as charged of some of those myself) and that needs to be abolished by all of us Duck fans now moving forward, no matter any outcome of future games. This was HUGE and against monumental odds. Brown was brilliant. Stood against that massive crowd at the Shoe and just maintained calm, cool, and collective execution and did an amazing job. Cristobal went for it on 4th in some situations I felt he wouldnt have in the past… and they continued to play to win in this one, rather than playing to not lose. THANK YOU ALL This was a massive victory. 💯

I must say this is such a huge high for me after witnessing a disappointing season last year. It seems like AB is learning the offense a lot quicker than Tyler Shough did. Plus he’s way more athletic. I like our chances this year.
