Incumbent Vladimir Putin casts vote in Russia's presidential poll

Voting in Russia's presidential election started in Chukotka peninsula 9 hours before Moscow and will not end until 3 hours after Moscow, in the far west Kaliningrad enclave. Some 108 million voters are eligible to cast their ballots. If the opinion polls are correct, incumbent president Vladimir Putin will win a landslide in the first round with around 70 percent of the vote.
