How are they going to accomplish this “legally”?
They made a law that prevents the VP from having the authority to do anything other than rubber stamp the states certifications. They made it purely a ceremonial role.



IMHO, the new “law” is invalid because it changes what the Constitution says, therefore it must be a Constitutional Amendment, not a law.
Man these people are still power hungry they don’t care if they have the authority to do something, they just do it and let others sue them to invalidate the law. It gets them what they want at the time, which is what they care about.
