I did a kids fitness class with my kids before this. Which they enjoyed, , but doing it with just Mom is a struggle.I. started walking with my 11yr old daughter & have her do jumping Jack's are squat in between daily tasks. My 13 urge old son has a lot more school work. So when he gets done he goes outside for some much needed fresh air & space and skateboards. Doing something they enjoy is so important!

For obstacle courses.Large paint bucket are good to foggy jump over or empty ones are good to throw balls, bean bags or rings
