Date recognized may actually be the WRONG date in Power Query

Warning to actually check the resultant dates that Excel creates when you force the date type on it. It may look right but check how it handles the different parts of a date. Did it confuse the year with the day or the month (possible if the year is entered as a 2 digit year).
