ORP = Oxidation Reduction Potential = Antioxidant strength measured in millivolts (mV). The more negative the ORP, the more anti-oxidizing the water is. ORP is calculated by taking the source water ORP and finding the difference between that source water and the ORP created by the alkaline water ionizer.

You didn’t do the test fairly. Reverse the process. The Kangen had to overcome the leftover lower orp from the tap water. Where as the Air did not!!!

As a kangen representative, this test isn't accurate. Just another copy of a 47 year old, proven established product. For those that don't know, it is also possible to raise and lower the setting of the K8 key (9.5 button) to tune the output level of water correctly, think about so if your going to test/compare, in order to rubbish another, then make the test fair and equal.

I've had my Aqua Ionizer Deluxe 9.5 for two weeks now. Suddenly, just this morning, the red wash light remained on and I've has zero luck getting this machine to operate. The red wash light remains on at all times and if I try and run the system the entire screen turns red and the machine begins playing music, a Beethoven jingle I think, not that that's important.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Without internal filter would you drink the tap water ? city water has chlorine, fluoride etc needs to be filtered out. another thing is: producing 2, 5ph water without salt wont do much.
electrolysis enhancer is a salt water. You guys call it chemical it sounds like toxic. water is chemical element too.

Funny, "Let me show that a $1000 Ionizer is better then Enagic's $5000 machine... The tests were not accurate you went from Tap water to testing the K8. The K8 was not able to show it's true measures since it was overcoming the ORP measure from the Tap Water. Also a big difference between these two is one will last over 35 years while the other will last 12-25 months.

I have been using Leveluk Kanjen 8 for about 1.5 years now. And the machine has troubled me for more than a year now.
There is white residue that settles at the bottom of the utensils. Also my acidic levels have increased despite consuming only Kenjen water. My acidity has become more severe than ever. There is absolutely no customer care service despite having bought such an expensive machine. We were ensured service assurance and a warranty of 25 years when we bought it. But there's zero customer service. Regret having to buy this machine. Nobody to guide us through. Feels cheated.

This product is a total farce. There's no filtration included in the unit, you have to pay extra for that. They offer a 30 day return policy but when you try to do it, they tell you sorry, not for you though. Their customer service managers are seriously rude. Horrible horrible company that doesn't stand behind their product. You're better off getting a Tyent or Kangen.

Kangen is all hype. Tested all the machines. The flow also looks very low on the kangen which will mean that the ph will be close to 11ph.

Most kangen people don’t know how their own machines work!

Have Kangen, Just bought 9.5 . Kangen is too much work too expensive, only a 5 year warranty, uses chemicals and not pretty.
