How much damage can you take in one round?

What if you go down the round you're going to die with Cruel pact, (-96 damage) + surrender (-99 damage) + cursed crown (take double damage) + losing a round in 8-1 (-130 damage)... Key is holding your HP 100 with Soraka3*.
