Archival footage shot by an Italian film maker while visiting Germany in September 1972.

It contains stock footage of East Berlin: the Brandenburg Gate, the Zeughaus (Arsenal), the Neue Wache, the Berliner Dom (Cathedral), Alexanderplatz, the Berliner Fernsehturm, the Hotel Stadt Berlin palace, Lenin statue in Leninplatz (Lenin Square; now Platz der Vereinten Nationen, United Nations Square), Strausberger Platz and its fountain, Treptower Park and the Soviet War Memorial, and more.
