Curiosity Rover Begins Mars Mission

NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif. hosts a briefing for media following the Curiosity rover's successful landing in Gale Crater on the Red Planet.

Notice how they admit they landed close to geographic features that are as colossal and awe inspiring as the Grand Canyon and soaring Mount Everest ... but the only photos we get are of Devon Island on Mars. A little orange golf course with tiny little rolling hills.

I think that Adam believes the rover is on Mars, and that this is how this whole thing works. They get someone who is incapable of landing a robot on Mars, and then tell them they're actually doing it. I think that is why he feels humble and inadequate, because part of his subconscious realises he couldn't land a rover on Mars with all of the luck in the world.

It's almost unbearable to watch...the two introducers bailed immediately ....and what's this high five jive??....how did he describe the landing??....neat and clean??that's the best he could do and he doesn't know the picture file type??I wish he would've blurted out "polaroid"....what a waste of time....greeters from Walmart cant even control this conference and we are supposed to believe they put a robot on mars?

Why adam does not have answers to many? There is something suspicious out there...
