Honey Glazed Ham Recipe:

Defrost your ham until it's room temperature

Place it in a large baking pan

Cut 1/4 inch deep cuts into the ham across the ham

Coat the ham with mustard

Sprinkle the ham with 1 tsp of ground ginger, 1 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1 tsp of ground cloves, and 1 tsp of black pepper and 1/4 cup of brown sugar.

Place the pineapples on the ham, place a cherry in the middle and pin the pineapples and cherries down with toothpicks

Add 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar to baking pan

Place a pot over medium heat. Add 3 tbs of butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of honey, 1/2 cup of juice from can pineapples, and a lil juice from the can of cherries. Stir until slightly thickens

Brush over ham

Bake on 350 until tender, or until it reaches a temperature of 160 degrees, use a thermometer

Once done slowly inject remaining juice from the bottom of pan into ham

Wasn't married to my hubby years ago and got invited to my first Thanksgiving with his family. I asked him to ask moms what i should bring and she said ham. Found this recipe cooked the ham and was there at noon to help with the cooking. Didnt know she don't let nobody cook but her. She thought I was bringing a raw ham. Anyway damage was done and the ham had to be served. When i say that ham was gone i mean gone. No left overs and everyone kept telling her she had outdone herself with the ham. Long story short. I am now the family designee for every ham for 6 years straight. Thank you so much for this recipe and making me look good every holiday.
