The Valve ammo pack sound effect is old.

I watched the Transformers season 3 episode Dark Awakening a while ago and noticed a little detail. The sound effect used as zombie Optimus Prime's arm falls off is the same one used for weapon pickups in Half-Life, and ammo pickups in TF2.
