well, if you think about it, Ymir's Founding Titan is pretty massive too, estimated to be 240m tall -- quadruple the height of the Colossal Titans (60x4) and double that of Rod Reiss' Pure Titan (120x2).

Eren's Founding Titan is estimated to be 350m tall in its usual bent form (who knows how tall he'll be once he manages to somehow stand upright), which is just (350-240) 110m taller than Ymir (keep in mind that his head isn't at a height of 350m, but somewhere around the 120m mark).

Now, in an actual fight between Ymir and Eren, Ymir would most definitely win, but not because she would just take away his powers.

Ymir could simply pluck Eren's Founding Titan's head from its body and eat it, with Eren inside, resulting in his death.
