I didn’t even know hypochondria was something I’ve been recently dealing with for maybe a year now, but it is. I panic so much when I feel small pains in places that shouldn’t be there, or when my heart randomly starts beating too quickly, I resort into thinking I’m close to death, and fear it. It could be a panic disorder too, but who knows?

I used to have the reoccurring nightmare one when I was about 4-6 maybe, and it was the same nightmare for as long at as I could remember, but it never came back, thankfully

Last, but not least the trichotillomania one I can relate to, but I don’t SNATCH my hair into bald spots. It’s more just repeatedly pulling on my hair along with zoning out. I’ve tried to stop it countless times, but it’s difficult, very.

One that wasn’t stated here was also BFRB (body-focused repetitive behaviors) which I still deal with, but used to be worse on my skin during elementary to middle school, but it’s mild now.

For anyone going through something that seems out of the ordinary or niche to them, thinking they’re alone, just know you aren’t, beautiful thing, and it’ll go away one day. Find a way to get help for it; i definitely am once I’m 18 since my mom doesn’t worry the same as I do. I don’t even bother to ask lol
