Surprisingly there were several different raisings of the flag over the Reich-stag. When the Soviets took the building and raised the flag, but then the Germans took control of the building again, then the Soviets got it back, then they raised the flag and took the picture.
This one is likely to be an re-enactment a couple of hours after the battle.
