Shout out to old time players of this game. I started around 2015 where people are just level 60+ and we cannot past the floor 4 of sky tower. Public st run also fulls and sniper set is so overpriced. You will meet a lot of people in all fields and maps navea, helonia coast, candeo marsh. I remember when I got Kirito costume this game feels like sao sky tower + kirito and asuna costume. Good ol days. i still play this game but its just so different way back 2015-2017.

It's a pretty fun and chill game but your assessment is right, superficially at least, the devs don't seem to care much about the community or its content creators. One of its popular content creators is a youtuber called Midday - she is pretty much carrying the game right now and the sad part is that the devs likely aren't compensating her at all for all the hard work that she's putting in as a content creator. I don't think it's totally over though, I'd like to imagine that things can improve if they opened up communications on social media, did twitch drops for some of the in-game items like costumes, opened up a content creator program similar to what The First Descendant and other game studios tend to offer, improved the quality and quantity of events and re-released the game on steam.

This game has a special place in my heart, i was bullied really badly when i was in middle school and i played this game constantly during that time, it really helped me get through those tough years

It was such a fun game when I played it.
Good old item shop where you can get any costume you want or buy one from player market. And you could change the color of every costume and hair with dye, so cool.
Fantastic looking summons/eidolons who you could for some reason marry.
Fun and lucrative 50 player tower raids that required each player to play their role.
(though majority of my time was spent in a private server where mods sometimes did some special events, hide and seek/monster spawning/costume contest(like wear something halloweenish orange/black etc)
The only hard part of it was getting from one gear stage to the next.

Man, when I was playing AK the thing that held me was the eidolon statues 😂. Collecting those was my only happiness because I was too weak for pvp arenas and no players to play at low level dungeons.

I can never play games made or published by this company again. Will never forget that they did a roll back of the servers and I lost all my items. I had proof I got it and they never helped. Garbage company

I am currently playing aura kingdom (on and off) for the past 3 years. I could say that the game itself is just a big shelter for leviathans (an upgrade of whales) since the game's main mechanic for character power leans more on the archive/library stuff that you could collect. each piece is like so expensive to buy, or hard to farm into (some can be farmed, but majority are gated into paywalls) that my hair would turn white, and I still can't complete the f2p collection.

As a f2p, all I could say is that I saw awakened level 25s (around level 125+) that cannot carry major dungeons since their libraries are lacking, while awakened level 15 leviathans almost one shot the world boss.

The worst thing about this game other than the pay2win is that it's just okay.

It's not terrible but it's not great either.

Am surprised it's still alive after all these years. I remember when I played the game there were a lot of players to play with, pvp, pve and others it was really fun until at some point I stopped player after 4years because the game was starting to become more demanding in taking your time playing.
