Assuming that anyone reading this hasnt already heard of Tool, Danny carey (drummer) has a track from their latest album. Its title is Invincible and is incredible, he has said John Bohnam is one of his idols and inspirations. The main groove is similar to this triplet

if you look into, Bonham triplets were led with the left hand mostly which if you're right hand dominant, takes some practice to get used to.

I've been drumming for nearly 40 years. My playing plateaued when I started playing as a "hired gun." I learned to play most genres pretty good. Not great, but well enough to gig when I wanted.
