I didn't have so much time since I am writing on my graduation work (finally!!!), will depart to Wacken this week and recorded a less complex video than last week =D Also I downloaded some effect presets for my brand new Adobe Premiere Pro!!! Earthquakes and psychadelic transformations incoming xD You like them? =P Hope you enjoy! =)

This is by far my favourite Solway Firth guitar cover because even though you can still hear the song in the background, the guitar is so much louder than the other set instruments witch is perfect.

Not only do you absolutely nail this guitar cover, but you manage to look so kick-ass and amazing while doing it. Even the cute little smiles while playing a straight up metal song are fitting and kick ass.

I enjoy watching others play covers or the originals. I've been playing since I was 13 years old and I'm 51. I felt very accomplished and played like it was second nature. Then, I had two strokes losing the use of my right hand to write, draw and pick to play guitar. The dexterity in my left hand is able to hit frets like nothing ever happened. My brain (fine motor skill) couldn't associate the two in my head, at first. Something drew me to John 5 and Johnny Hiland and a very fast style of country style picking. I started learning the very fundamental things necessary to play this style and it opened connections to redundancies in my mind that allowed me to relearn the very first things I learned with little or no effort. Trilling, slides and very quick simple chord progressions and scales were all there in my head. My writing has gotten better and I use my left hand to type as my right hand heals and adjusts.

I drove home from work today thinking "I wonder if she's covered Solway Firth yet?". Thinking it was too soon, as complicated as the guitars are in that song, I allowed myself at least a week or 2 before asking about it. I get home, hit the youtube button, and BOUYA!!!!
