To this day it's hard to believe that at 8:36 AM all those New Yorkers getting their work day going high up in the North Tower on a beautiful morning, look out and see a commercial airliner coming right at them going hundreds of miles an hour .... And just like that, the whole world changed .
The memory of that day will always be vivid in my mind .
