I play guitar myself and just had to learn this one immedietly! For you who wonder what chords, they are:
Capo: 2nd fret.
Verse: Em, G, C C || Chorus: G, D, C, C until ”don’t think I’m ever gonna come down”, then it is Em, D, C, C
The C is played with 6th string 3rd fret added, and the D is played with 2nd string 3fret, 4th string on 4th fret, 5&6th string 5th fret.
Noticed also that when he sings "21 32 take me to the end of time. Nothing lasts forever except maybe you and I", he instead plays D, Em, C, C

This might not be entirely correct, a bit hard to see haha. But somehitng like it. Hope it helps!
