Incase you haven't seen the Demolition Ranch video on Titanium...

A spacesuit is sometimes called a spaceship you can wear, but MJOLNIR takes that to the extreme. It only lacks a MAC and a slipspace drive, but I'm sure doctor halsey is working on that.

two major things displaying the gen3's durability: where atriox was able to crush gen1 mark4, the gen3 took a lot of hits even without shields without permanent damage.
secondly, the gen3 shields is shown to shrug of monitor beam hits that were shown to severely stun gen1 mark 6.

It's mind-blowing to learn how the GEN3 armor suit represents the pinnacle of MJOLNIR armor technology featuring the best of GEN1, GEN2, SPI & ODST's VISR combined. Not only it's built like a lightweight tank being more resilient to ballistic & energy weapons than previous generations, but also being surprisingly "stealthy", tactically & strategically more capable, and being incredibly smart with BIOS, health & armor monitoring, counterintrusion program & "survival mode" integrated into the armor system

The fact that they made the armor a part of the spartan so it can directly scale with their power level regardless of class makes me realize how much thought they put into unifying new and old players.

Your most detailed breakdowns have inspired me so much as a 3D designer and innovator. I'm currently working on making a climate control system for commonly found BDUs (similar concept to the UNSC Marine BDUs after I saw your MDB for that). I was in the US Marines for 5 years and still do a lot of hiking and outdoorsy stuff, and I get excited to work on it every time I see one of your videos. Your content is what humanity needs to feel inspired to innovate towards a better future!

The spine armor is there probably there for prevention of flood infection and corruptor protocols, and there to take no fall damage... Considering john loves to jump, and it probably makes the spartan be his own odst drop pod

Maybe the microgravity in the forging of the armor plates is used to eliminate any bubbles/imperfections in the crystalline structure that would make the plates weaker. It's most likely using microgravity to remove a variable in production. The ultrasonic treatment looks like it was used to remove a crust layer on the armor that is less dense than the optimized alloy.

As a note, the base device for both shield upgrades/overshields and the active camo module are identical save for the central emitter, suggesting that the module uses the existing armor shields to project the cloaking field in some way.

Just so you know, there are new developments in artificial muscles like Liquid crystal elastomers. They are a lot like the liquid crystal used in halo. Also for real life mjolnir it could be powered my a ferrofluid microfission thorium reactor. It's very possible just quite hard to do.

This isn’t an empire, it’s the Installation 00 Ecumene

really tho, so proud of how far this channel has come, discovered it from that cross promotion video with EckhartsLadder years back, and now this is one of those channels i religiously check to see if new videos are up.

If the systems are as advanced that it compinsates for injuries it detects in the wearer then that means ANY injuries including long lasting disabilities. (I.e. Admiral Musa who was an SII whose augmentation left him paralyzed and confined to a wheel chair as well as fhajad who also has Parkinsons disease) this armor would allow physically disabled spartan operators to maintain mission cohesion as long as the operator is wearing this generation of mjolnir. My theory

43:11 Seriously though, did the UNSC just completely forget about Mjolnir compatibility with Promethean Vision? What about all the other promethean armor abilities? Also the first time I saw AI Scan I immediately thought “Oh so the Artemis Tracking System is seeing widespread use now?” Makes sense I guess.

Chief's GEN3 Armor possibly having cryostasis tech was what I assumed was the case too. Was the only way I could figure how he possibly survived out in space for 6 whole months. . .

One small thing I want to point out is that when you brought up the dead Spartans Chief finds in Infinite who didn't activate their failsafes, Weapon says "They never saw it coming, they were dead in an instant". The Spartan Hunter just killed them so fast they didn't even have a chance.

Imagine the day a Spartan retires and has to turn his armor in. Then has to wear normal clothes. Normal senses, pooping themselves, not being temperature controlled. Needing to do everything on their own. That is a big incentive to not retire. I can only imagine how dependent a Spartan would become relying on this armor for everyday things.

This is something I have been eager to see. There is a lot I have been looking to know about the improvements on GEN3 MJOLNIR, and this channel is the best place for detailed Halo lore on the MJOLNIR armor platform.

You talk about a lot of things being displayed on the HUD
However I think it is pretty reasonable that a lot of that information is actually provided via the neural link. The HUD only shows this kind of thing in the games because human neural interfaces haven't been perfected and widely adopted yet.

If I was wearing a suit I wouldn't want anything on the HUD that didn't absolutely have to be there. As it would be a distraction.

I would also say that the neural interface would be faster at providing information than requiring visual processing in the brain. Since it skips that step and is available in a more raw format.
