If they are so good, why are there so many complaints just in the past year alone with the BBB? Also, I believe I saw somewhere in their site about getting visas during this virus. How can they do that when the embassy is only taking emergency, student, etc cases? No fiance visa cases. Embassy is basically closed from what I've read on embassy site.

Who are these people hosting this show? Only use an agent who are willing to meet you in person, many stories in China and Thailand of people being scammed by a company with a similar name

I asked for a refund and they told me I couldn't get after I had paid my money. So be careful because it seems that they will take your money

I'm sure if someone meets requirements these guys are great but how can you say 95percent? Surely you get many application that don't meet ucsis requirements. How do you calculate the 95percent?

At one point in time this company was ok. However recently I think it is more of a scam. When you call for advice you generally speak with young telemarketers that are not so much experts. Good luck with the refund when they do not listen to your situation and steer you the wrong way as well, I learned this one the hard way. Their office in Manila Philippines is a joke my partner waited 45 min in an empty office just to get a photo copy of a refusal letter to apply for a refund just to be told later a refund would not be given.
