Penny Hunt and Fill #95 - A Few More Older Boxes
I've decided to start a new series and see how far we can get at attempting to fill up a Dansco Penny Folder. There are 234 slots in this Folder but we don't expect to fill them all through coin roll hunting. Instead, we want to see how long it will take to fill the book with everything but the Key Dates, Semi-Key Dates and Steel Cents. Obviously, we'll be praying for some of those along the way!
This is part 95 of the series (Boxes 175-176) and I do plan on updating it from each penny box I hunt from this point forward until the penny coin collection is nearly completed! I will say in advance that once we get to a point where it is nearly impossible to add any more wheat cents to the album, we will then halt the series and try to fill the rest of the slots with existing finds or coins in my duplicates collection.

Nice hunt, Rb. I love to watch your penny hunt videos while waiting for the banks to open. I had a couple of good boxes this week. One was loaded with copper, canadian and wheat cents. It even had New York counterstruck penny. I got a box yesterday that looked great with a lot of copper enders. It had a lot of copper alright but was lean on the wheat cents. I did find a 41 King George though. Thanks for the video and the information.

Rob, I just started saving my copper pennies about a year ago and have nearly 100 pounds. I can only imagine you must have a couple thousand pounds! now we only need the govt to make a decision on our pennies?
