Little bit at a time is the only way on cars that far gone. Hope you have a blaster that knows what he is doing because most large panels I have either had blasted or seen blasted have warped to death. I fully understand the constraints though, blasting is the cheapest means to the end result because dipping is just so expensive and other solutions are ridiculously time consuming.
