Doesn't self inflate. I've left mine to inflate while setting everything up, bivvy, rods, etc. It takes on air but wouldn't ever inflate to how it looks in this video. I have to manually blow air into the valves to fully inflate it everytime.
Apart from that "small" details, it's a great cradle that provides A LOT of protection.

Ffs people stop crying about the price ffs, theres plenty of cradles/mats to suit all budgets. And no i wont be buying 1 as i have the insta mat which is a great product.
