May i ask sir. In the event the unit owners decided to make a deal to the developer to build a new building. does the owners need to buy the unit in that new building again like buying new property agaun?

If the bldg is well maintaned itwill last more than 50yrs...incase unlivable na..all owners nid mgdecide if gagawa bago o benta lupa..un pgbbentahan pghahati hatian
