Well, this was pretty darn fantastic!!!!🔥🤘

We travelled to Niagara Falls for the @Fallsviewcasino Food & Drink fest where we met up with our good friend and sous chef, hot Tommy, to cook our way through the crazy weekend! 🥰🔥

Day one was the famous Fallsview Backyard BBQ where we sold A LOT of our peach wood smoked ribs and hung out with our BBQ friends.

We still made sure to hit the hay early cuz you know us girls can’t party till the break of dawn!

Day two started bright and early! We hit the kitchen and started bangin’ out our @noblepremiumbison Scotch Eggs with celeriac miso purée and honey maple drizzle. Cooking with the other chefs was the highlight of the weekend, we couldn’t get over how nice and friendly everyone was. We met THE Bob Blumer, fan-girled over him and discovered he’s just as sweet in real life as he is on TV!

Finally, it was time for us to rock the big Celebrity chef dine about, and boy did we ever rock it! We served up over 800 portions of our dish, that many attendees told us was one of the best bites of the night. It was an evening to remember and we already can’t wait to do it again next year!
