Wish you had shown us how you made your lists or tables for the pulldown which left holes in the presentation.

Overly simplistic and not helpful, Sorry? What I was looking for was something to tell me how I could make a useful text box utilizing other tables to help populate a form.

It looks like you need multiple tables to populate a form list? But you completely glossed over that information. This tutorial is incomplete
