This song makes me think of when the Bible says that David would dance to rejoice in the Lord. Lately my family and I have been going through some terrible struggles and I know the only two things I have to rely on to make me happy and get me by is God and sometimes when I go out and dance on the weekend and get lost in the music. I absolutely love The Revivalist and I absolutely love this song. Keep on keeping on and Reviving my soul and keeping me moving on day by day, even if it's only while I'm dancing and listening to your music. A true and adoring fan. Much love, Brothers.

So fun! I am writing a novel and couple of my characters are in a band... the imaginary band was playing in Portland, Oregon and i had to find them a venue... found Revolution Hall and saw an ad for “the Revivalists” listened to their song “wish i knew you”.
