Nigel Farage: Farewell net zero, we hardly knew you…?

Not so long ago, questioning net zero could’ve got you de-banked for your politically incorrect views. Now it’s so mainstream that even the government and opposition can agree on some of the flaws.

But what does that really mean for the most interventionist government policy in UK history? Is it over before it really began?

It’s certainly looking unaffordable, with the UK government’s interest expense already spiralling thanks to the Treasury’s decision to issue inflation-linked gilts.

The consequences will have to be much higher taxes…

But the government is not the only one in too much debt, with interest rates resetting to dangerously high rates for ever more borrowers ticking over to variable rates.

Can the housing market hold up, or must the Bank of England hold it up with rate cuts in the face of inflation?

Last but not least, we have a truly bizarre situation in the eurozone, which has emerged from its recession with record low unemployment...

Find out what’s really going on in this week’s news in review, with Nigel Farage…

A modest Hero, you can hear Nigel's detailed regard for the less privileged. He is worthy of the people's trust

8 billion (and counting) humans exhaling carbon dioxide 24/7; this 'net zero' drive has sinister implications...

A £10, 000 heatpump for someone like Sunak in all his properties and new cars for his family are just small change for him. A £10, 000 heat pump and a new car for a regular working man/woman is an incredible amount of money which they just don't have and cannot borrow for.

The climate has been changing for billions of years. What concerns me is pollution, mostly caused by big businesses. Thats where we need to clamp down.

Nigel find the connection between the politicians and the heat pump suppliers and I am sure you’ll find the ones how hugely profiting from this. Can’t miss.

Khan needs to look at the state of the roads. There are so many holes on roads near me, they are impassable or hugely dangerous.

The biggest disincentive to working for a living is a Governmetn that cares nothing for our country but which takes obscene amounts of direct and indirect, visible and hidden taxes, levies, forced subsidies, duties, insurancesm spending taxes and so on and so on and so on from ordinary people.

Unless you are earning wads of dosh, what you are left with is just enough to pay your bills. So why *should* ordinary peopple work hard to achieve other people's dreams and ambitions but never their own?

Just imagine if we didn't have mass illegal migration, net zero and the repayment of the government debt. We would have so much money to spend and invest, it would change all our lives.

Must admit I look back at my life choices and wonder. I went to a secondary modern, got O levels, went on for A levels then Polytechnic. Service in the Army and charity work, all great fun and fulfilling but not much money lol. Never got married because my parents taught you had a family when you could afford to support them as they did. I now find myself alone relying on a state pension of £204 a week which I contrast with some of my neighbours, unemployed but with 3 or 4 kids who always have at least 1 foreign holiday a year! It seems if you either are "stinking" rich or "dirt" poor you are OK, if you did the "right" thing you suffer?

Spot on, what most people don't know is the lack of durability of the wind turbines, a few years ago I was told by an engineer from one of these companies that happened to be one of the many IT networks I used to manage at the time, that the turbines were prone to failure so much so the upkeep was higher than the profit made and if it wasn't for the govt subsidies the company would go bust.
