Turns out to me, that the bingsu slime wasn’t worth it by itself, but I really like the texture after mixing it with slime. Thanks for this, Carmen!

A tip on the baking soda trick: try just a tiny bit at a time if you're using it dry. Mix in the tiny bit and make sure to really mix it in since, as Carmen said, it will continue "activating" when you let it sit.

You can also mix it with water and add it a bit at a time. Ive experimented with this. It works similarly to water and borax. The more baking soda you add to the water, the more activated your slime will be.

Also, try contact solution for sticky store bought slimes. Sometimes that works too!!!

Pro tip: For the playdoh slimes, if they are under activated and you want to add baking soda only add 1 or two pinches otherwise it’ll get super stiff! 😅 Also, when a slime is overactivated you can use glycerin (Doesn’t have to be normal, it can be vegetable) to soften it! And another top is if regular slimes are too sticky, you can use a pinch of baking soda and contact solution to make it less melted, or borax powder mixed with water!
