Reminder: low stars does NOT mean BAD. Arash, the strongest AoE nuker, is a 1* Archer. Hans, one of the best supports, is a 2* Caster. You can beat the game with just 1-3* Servants

I don't know if you skip the story or not, but I recommend NOT skipping the story

The story is damn good by the way (at least starting in Camelot) and it's the game's main selling point.
The story even rivals the story of some good games out there

BTW 4* and 5* are NOT mandatory to get. yes they help you but only a few of them stand out. there are 1*-3* that are better than 4*-5* and powercreep is very minimal

I got 5* Jeanne in my 1st 10 roll, it's help me a lot cause I was too lazy to do reroll in this game lol

FYI you can't get 5* servant from the tutorial gacha but it will always guarantee (iirc) a selected pool of a 4* servant

I actually heard that you do not really need to reroll, because the content can be cleared with 3-4 stars easily. Thats why instead of rolling with my free quartz now I safe all the quartz for a banner I want to pull on later. personally I do not need to have a 5 star from the starter units and I was lucky enough to draw one 4 star I liked from the tutorial banner and got another 4 star as bonus. The other 4 star I like I will get from the choose your 4 star event we will be getting soon. probably this will be the 4th of july event they hinted at. A lot of people will be disappointed if that is the case.

That said. if you want a 5 star character from the starting batch, you should reroll until you get him/her because it will only be harder to get them later when more units get released.

funny thing about this is mask, her can't use NP until she fight dark saber (if you watch anime you will know why she can't use NP in first place)

this Saber is from Fate stay night and Fate Zero. other servants are from other Fate series. (some of the new servants debut in this game)

The aim for re-roll is to mainly get Kaleidoscope as it is the best craft essence cos it lets you start battle with 80% full np gauge

5*s aren't important on this game the best units aren't restricted by star count like most games, all characters reach level 100. The most powerful characters right now to get you through content are 4* hercules, 3* Cu Chulainn, and 1* Sasaki Kojirou. If your missing these units your going to have a bad time compared to if you have a random 5*. Jeanne is the best 5*s so if you have to have one get her.

The 5* you have Vlad III has a S growth curve meaning he's going to be weaker at the same level as most other units of the same level till he gets some ascensions to get his level over the slump.

So reroll means starting the game over again with a new account not using the one you started with
And by some means like on the 9th roll of a 10× summon close out the app if you didn't get what you wanted and for some reason the game starts the whole role over again with different cards
A reroll in my opinion is taking that same 30 quartz you just rolled with stopping you roll at the 9th one if you did not pull what you wanted going back into the game after logging out
