Being AUTHENTIC - learn to Love Ourselves find Self Worth

You know that little voice in your head? Your inner critic. Constantly nagging, putting you down, wishing you were different, better, smarter, stronger - wishing you were anyone but who you are. We are our own worst enemies and harshest critics. We need to stop with the judgement, and instead learn to love every aspect of our being.

It is one of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves, learning how to love ourselves. And what we will learn is that the amount of love, kindness and patience that we have for others is directly proportional to how much love, patience and kindness we have for ourselves… because we cannot give others what we ourselves do not have.

We need a revolution - and the revolution needs to start from our own self worth.

Everytime i see i video notification from Green Renaissance
first thing i do is i look for a peaceful place without distraction and start watching it.
Its just a 10 minutes video but it takes me almost 30 minutes or sometime 1 hour to complete a video from you guys.Because every single word has its uniqueness and i dont wanna miss a single word.As we modern humans cant concentrate less than minute these days because of this social media era sometimes my mind gets distracted from my thoughts and i miss the lines, whenever i miss a line, I watch it again and again until i don't miss a single word and get the meaning of the word.
and then after watching the video, i share the link of the video and tell everyone "Please watch it without any distraction"haha

thats the whole process whenever i watch your film.I hope i expained it clearly haha.My english is not that good.

For me, remembering that God created each one of us as a unique individual and that He gives us value gives me validation to be who I am, and helps me love others for who they were created to be. We are all sons and daughters of the King of the universe! Doesn't mean that I don't struggle with lifes' challenges and the devil's lies, but does give me strength to know that one day at a time builds endurance, and that endurance builds hope.

True story: I was recently asked a question by a woman. "What do you do for work?" This was her first & only question to me. I politely smiled & asked jokingly why would that be your first question? The woman answered abruptly in a dominant fashion "Because our work DEFINES who we are as people!"
