Thinking of joining an EMS group in San Marcos California- it’s new here! I like the concept but the videos are hard to transition from one set to another??? One you are laying down and the next you are standing with no transition time and since I don’t know the names of what’s coming next I’m behind ….but I like the concept since I’m 50 it’s great for me

I think this is the future, it is a slow burner as people like quick results but it will catch fire in the fitness industry.
