Honda Odyssey Middle Row Seats Removal - Works On 2018 - 2022 Odyssey

The prices on these are actually pretty decent because minivans are out of style. I want to get one, remove the back and middle seats and use it as a cargo van. The V6 is icing on the cake.

Thanks for this video. I have a 2019 elite and my middle seats don't even come close to folding down that much, am I missing something? I can get them out still, but I wouldn't have to pull them out if they would fold flat like that. Mine only fold forward to about a 45 degree

Is there a massive plastic/metal hump on the floor where the seats get removed from? The older vans I’m used to just have little holes in the ground where the seats get pulled out, nothing is sticking upward which keeps the floor nice and flat.

Hi, I was able to remove it, but I am not sure why my 2019 model, I cannot lower flat the seat as you do on 1:04... the seat stays like at 45 angle... and also not sure what the other upper lever does, it seems to lower the seat as well, but seems duplicated functionality?

Warning: Fasten your seat-belts when seated at the back BEFORE the van moves at all! Cuz removing the center seats leaves the smooth but very hard metal strikers protruding and exposed. My knee hit one hard when I was sent forward when the driver braked as he was leaving the driveway. Normally the center seats would cushion your forward thrust. Could have broken the knee, but the minor injury healed in a few weeks.

As Honda redesigns tgeir 6th gen Odyssey, I hope that they still desigm the 2nd row to be removable, unlike in the new Sienna

As soon as I am in a place where my Odyssey can be traded I’m swapping it for a Chrysler that has stow and go seating. I use my van for dogs and cargo and don’t need the middle row. I don’t want to have to store giant seats 😩

I have a 2020 Odyssey, and I cannot get the back of the second row seats to lay down flat!!! Is there a trick I've pulled and pulled the lever that you show in my seat will not lay down! Ugh!!!

Note... It's much harder to do this with a 2019 because the seats don't fold flat.

wait, you can still remove the second row completely? We recently replaced our 2016 Ody that does this and we were able to load 3pcs of 4x8 drywall. I didnt know that it's still possible to remove second row completely, let me try it later. Thanks!
