I’m trying to land a knee knock and a touch. I got the touch the other day but how do you do a knee knock. I’m on a mtb and it’s super weird with the balance and side to side. Like I can get my knee on the seat but committing to taking my other foot off the frame is so hard. U got any tips?

Bro can you do some tips on peg wheelie but from pedals. Like wheelie first, coast then going to pegs. That’s how I can get to it. The other 2 don’t feel comfortable. Probably foot placement
