I’m ex-employee ( parmanent employee 2007 to 2010) of Jindal worked in blast furnace 3 from scratch to final production. Great experience but lot of partialities b/w BE engineer and Diploma engineers. This is the reason I left the company completed BE . outside Jindal is looking too good and people eagerly looking a job but reality complete different join as parmanent employee in Jsw but if you join as contract it will be hell, looking outside really good I have totally 3 year experience in this organisation, leaned lot and my first job . Lot of good memories playing cricket in township, gym, good memories. But so much partialities . Safety also not that much good inside the plant, anytime anything can happen, during construction time I have seen so many death . Company good but working environment little difficult.
