Hi, I took your Science of Happiness MOOC course and really enjoyed it. It has already made significant changes in my life and I want to express my gratitude for all of you! Thank you so much. I particularly enjoyed the section on Mindfulness. I practice mindfulness meditation everyday now and it has helped me so much to enjoy every moment and raise my awareness about myself and those around me.
