Arabic food, even the names are arabic. Hummus, laffa which is an arabic word which means rounded thing, a word used by arabs in middle east to describe rounded bread that envelopes content of meat and salads. Tahinah, is oil is sesame in arabic, zatar is arabic word for thyme
