151 *Flock Together* Field Research Task Shiny Checks in Pokemon GO!

In today's video: It's Flock Together research day with a bunch of flying type Shiny Pokémon to find in field research tasks quest and in the wild spawns. We're on the hunt for Shiny Doduo to complete our Shiny Pokédex. How many Shiny Pokémon can we get in over 150 research tasks. We also bag ourselves the Shadow Shiny Suicune! His event was flocking successful for me, broke my completed task record nfroma. Research day, now sitting at 115. Got a hundo doduo, shiny gastly, shiny buneary, shiny mankey, hatched a shiny galarian farfetchd, 1 spearow, 1 rufflet, 2 hoothoot, 3 doduo and 4 taillow, one of which is my brand new SHUNDO. First shundo from a research task ever. FLOCK YEAH!!!!

I chose the Hoothoot route, as I have dreaming for a shiny Noctowl for a long time. In terms of shiny, I didn’t get any from the path. But I’ll tell you what I did get. My first two stops. I got 2 back to back, the first was Spearow, and male Doduo. A bit later, my third shiny was a Hoothoot from the first part of the timed research. Then I got a shiny Tailow, Rufflet was a shiny through the field research. So I got all five of the shiny variants. A wild Fletchling I found was a shiny, which was great for me since I lost catching one a few years back. In terms of traded shinies, I traded one of my Vaporeons for a Poliwag since I missed out on the event due to me old phone no longer running the game. So overall, yesterday was a great day for me. I got my main target, and 7 shiny variants altogether.

Only managed to play about 45 minutes but finished with 11 shinies with 2 from the ticketed research (ruffled path). So I call it very successful. Congrats on the sparkles and a great video as always mate.

Chose rufflet as I was hoping for the Hundo for the collection. I do enjoy these research days now they’re doing types rather than single pokemon for the variety, especially for a 3 hour event 🙌🏻

Loved this research day, had the best luck of my life I think I finished the first hour with 12 then finished the day with 25 including the only thing I was looking for which was shiny fletching

Great video Milo, got 12 shinies, 9 from research and 3 wild. Still no shiny suicune, not much interest in raiding it in our area!

I had all shinies except for the Spearow family. Even the male and female Doduos and Dodrios I had in my living déx. So I bought the research ticket, chose the Spearow path, and I got back to back on tasks 4 and 5. Only did 15 researches, got two more shiny Rufflets and that was it. A good event overall.

I got 7 shinies and a random shiny eevee in the wild. Completed the doduo families-just needed the female- and the rufflet family that I was after to start. The rest were just bonuses good luck everyone!

I got quite a few shinies but also found a wild shiny Stunky, Absol & Clampearl 😂 also picked a hundo Starly by just catching Pokémon. Didn't need any of the birds shiny but i chose Rufflet as its the one i had the least of as shiny.

Started the event needing 2 Hoothoot, 2 Taillow, a Spearow, and a Doduo. Finished with 11 shinies total: 4 Taillow, 2 Doduo, 2 Spearow, Rufflet, Hitmonchan, and Murkrow. No Hoothoot but not complaining with my haul!

Congrats on your shiny Doduo families, I was in a similar boat to you going into this research day, I needed 1 more shiny female Doduo, so I brought the research ticket, picked Doduo path and on my 2nd encounter I got my 2nd shiny female Doduo and when I checked it's ivs it was a shundo my one ever, I'm blown away 😱

I got 6 Shinies from the Research Day, 3 Shiny Doduo(which I'll take, since I didn't have it yet), 2 Shiny Tailow and a Shiny Rufflet! No Shiny Hoothoot at all... but lets be truthful here, im perfectly happy with this!

I was sadly under the weather yesterday so didn't participate at all ☹ Shame cause I needed every shiny of the event except Taillow. I'm excited for Bounsweet comm day though, so long as my body agrees with me that day 😅 Also looking forward to the master ball research coming out!
