Integral Zero Theorem Or Integral Root Theorem

In this pre-calculus video we will learn about Integral Zero Theorem or integral root theorem. We learn it by doing several examples.

The Integral Root Theorem (also called the Integral Zero Theorem) is a useful tool in algebra to help find possible integral roots (or zeros) of a polynomial function. It provides a way to list all possible rational roots of a polynomial equation based on its coefficients.
The Integral Root Theorem helps you find potential integer roots of a polynomial. Once you identify the possible integer divisors of the constant term, you can test them by substituting them into the polynomial to see which ones are actual roots.
