There was a time when country music was raw, edgy and innovative, those times ended in the mid 70's and much in the way of mainstream country music has descended into self pardoy. This mashup is a perfect illustration of the state of things.
I'm just glad there are artists on the periphery of the genre still making real music.

Man what a ride.. Thank you to everyone who helped turn what started out as a fun little project into a video that I just witnessed go from 420 views and 3 Likes last night to over 1 Million views and 12K Likes tonight- not to mention the almost out of body experience of seeing it at #1 on Reddit earlier today!
