How do dentists know where the roots are and how deep they go? Can they drill too deep into the gum or does this drill has a form of countermeasure against that similar to how cast saw vibrate instead of rotate to prevent sawing off patients' limbs?

I have a funny story that happend
One day my tooth was hurting like hell!
My mom took me to the dentist and they said it will cost 25k Rs for keeping crown and stuffs... but my mom took me to government hospital 🏥 and it was just a dancing tooth ready to be taken from the mouth and costed like 200 rs including medicines

An endo should never be started before the carie has been removed.
If not, a lot of bacteria and debris can be introduced into the root canal area, increasing the risk of failure.

Just two days ago, I got my very first root canal in age 35. I don’t feel any bit of pain at all. Maybe depends on “dentist” mine is amazing. Getting my crown in two weeks.

Se ve muy lindo este trabajo, con una estética super, pero yo en particular no me lo haría nunca más. Porque a pesar de la anestesia qué me pusieron sentí dolor y molestia con esas agujas sentí a profundidad el dolor. Optaría mejor por la exodoncia.
