This actually works. Aside from studying harder, meditating with breathing techniques has improved my quiz scores drastically in AP English over the course of the Semester.

I just gave my term exams 10 days ago, they were all MCQ, I aced them with these few tips.

1. Elimination technique : eliminate every irrelevant option, you would either find yourself an answer or just get into a 50/50 probability instead of 25/100.

2. Eliminate too unique options that seem irrelevant to question.

3. Find the theme in which question is based and answer accordingly.

4. Usually longer answers tend to be more likable to be true.

5. If there is an all of these or none of these They are most likely the answer.

6. Read to the very last answer even if you're confident bout the first being true.

this doesn’t have a lot to do with this video but:

test anxiety isn’t a thing. anxiety is an overwhelming feeling, it’s horrible. everybody gets it at some point, but not a lot. people diagnosed get it frequently. being nervous for a test it a thing. but anxiety purely caused by it isn’t. (assuming it’s not like to get into a college, or if it decides something important like if you redo a grade.) tests can lead into anxiety, but 95% of the time it doesn’t cause it entirely.

I would have chosen D. Journaling because imo journaling is not a relaxation technique, which would mean that it’s the odd one out. Yes, that would make it the least likely answer, but this is a more general method.

But then again, it’s very subjective and questions like this depend on the person who wrote the question.

It can also work in reverse with the concept of eliminating synonyms or similar answer choices (unless it's AP when you generally come down to two answer choices and have to choose the "best" one)

Here's something that actually works on multiple choice and true or false. If a question has the words "only" "Never" Its usually false. Also if you don't know the answer to something check other exercises on the test to find information on a specific subject. More often than not most questions in true or false/multiple choice are answered in other exercises

This could work but all these statements are correct. What if the question was “which country has no homework” for example.
