You kept saying 6+ lobed RBC in b9/12 deficiency, but they are neutrophils.

20:34 you say vitamin K inhibits factors 2, 7, 9, 10. Doesn't vitamin K activate these factors? And warfarin would effectively inhibit these factors by blocking Vitamin K dependent epoxide reductase
