PBBM makes sure his Advisers are doing their job. I agree with you Mr. Erwin Tulfo. PBBM needs to do that once in awhile. We can call it micromanagement but in reality PBBM wants things start the right way and then they are on their own to do their job. At least they know what PBBM is expecting from each one of them.
