Honestly, Fiji water is the best tasting water around for me and I used to be one of those that thought that "water is just water" I do water fasts frequently and did an experiment. I did a 3 day water fast with Fiji. The next week I did a water fast with Dasani (which is extremely acidic) because that's what we have at my job. followed by another water fast with Fiji. When I did my water fast with Dasani, my lower back was in extreme pain and my body felt weak. When doing it with Fiji I felt completely fine and the last fast lasted 5 days.
