Leah, I already knew the purpose of torque sticks, but happened upon the video anyway and just wanted to mention that the positivity you show is great for those who need this content. Keep it up.

Love your videos. I recently became an RV tech. I've been researching a ton of tools and how they work for the job. You ate too the point, nolong intro vid, and I love your enthusiasm and spirit. You seem like that kind of neighbor who'll mow my lawn in a pinch if needed and vis versa. You definitely know you're way around a garage. Much love to you and yours.

Thanks Lady, I just bought my first impact wrench to remove and install my mower blades. After doing it by hand for over 50 years I thought it was time to get one to make life a little easier at 68. I was wanting to make sure I used it correctly. I didnt know about the torque bars, thanks.

Like Sushi Wasabi said, you are an excellent teacher Leah. Your style of teaching resonates very much with me, and your always positive. You also cover the important points about the Impact I know - especially using the proper sockets. I didn't know about Torque sticks until i saw your video. Love your videos - keep them coming!

I recently purchased a torque stick set for my 2019 Toyota Tundra and see that my lug nuts need to be torqued down to 100 lb/ft of tq as well. At first I was afraid to use them but now I feel more confident after watching your video. I'm using a Dewalt battery powered impact gun which I have in my truck with me at all times.

Best tutorial seen so far. Detailed and instructive. As a first timer with the impact wrench, I got all my answers. I am returning the chrome socket the home depot guy who sold it to me with the tool, clearly he did not know this is not the right kind. Thanks a lot!!!

Love this format and execution for teaching, great video. For anyone reading this though, DO NOT use a torque stick with a strong impact or for final torque on anything. They are exclusively intended to provide a rough limit to torque to help avoid accidents and damage, usually in a high volume shop environment to quickly set wheels on a vehicle before final torque. A strong impact can cause the stick to create torque well beyond its intended limit, can damage the stick and change its limit, and the stick itself is not intended to be a precise instrument.

Mannn.. why isn't Leah more famous? She explains everything so well and even though I'm no car mechanic, this video was entertaining.

Stumbled upon these videos - just wanted to say well done! Leah does a fantastic job keeping things simple, while still hitting the important details to explain the "why" not just how.

Hi Leah, sorry if I misspelled your name. I just had to say how much I love to watch your channel. I have been a Jill-of-all-trades my whole life, so I have worn many hats, so I love to see strong women doing things that people usually expect to see men doing. I only wish I there were more women like yourself showing other women that they don't need a man to change a tire or fix a sink. Don't get me wrong I love men, but I would just like to see more women in businesses that men normally do. I'd love to take my car to a female mechanic for the things I can't or don't want to do. So thanks again for being an inspiration and a kind of role model for women, even though you may not see yourself that way. Take care, Dee😊👍
