i am perpetually astonished for the last 4 years that this works and continues to work. and it always has been working, but we are just unconscious of it. Ahhhh, scripture when God says “ I Am the same yesterday, today and forever “. Also we can and do bounce backwards and forwards on a daily basis, reliving the past, and projecting into the future when we have a conversation with ourselves as to what we will tell someone; then we bounce back to the present.

Also who remembers as a child getting ourselves so worked up, that our parents or others may say “ look at the state you have got yourself into, you’ve got yourself into a right old state 🤔”.

So we know and do, we are just not aware of our thought and therefore actions.
