PANORAMA OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP & CAREER DEVELOPMENT

On April 12-14, 2013 the annual "Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career Development" Conference was held at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre in Athens, Greece with the participation of 165 notable speakers and nearly 2,800 young people between the ages of 18-35. The conference was organized by Professor Iordanis Ladopoulos from the Athens University of Economics & Business.

Our key ambition is to educate our youth about the trends and opportunities for entrepreneurship and career development that 20 sectors/areas offer. At the same time, our aim is to offer them hope, vision and perspective apart from infromation. At a time when our young people need encouragement and guidance more than ever, our goal is to highlight the 'Other Greece', those business that, despite the difficulties, know how to innovate, export, create wealth and turn crisis into an opportunity.

Thus, for each industry/sector we organized panels comprising CEOs of innovative and extrovert businesses, new and experiences reputable businessmen, senior executives and academics with an intense research activity. A total of 34 sessions and 4 workshops with 165 speakers were organized.
