I am at 3 vehicles purchased through Nielsen and other than having some small issues with sales staff (name 1 dealer that doesnt have those) they have been great and have taken care of me. I was really worried when you first noticed this issue that they might say "nah man you are on your own" but was happy to see them take care of you like this which is just good business. I think they understand that a long term customer is the best thing for them these days.

What probably happened with the first owner was he left a (harsh/wrong type) wheel cleaner on to long and it started to strip the coating on it, the factory coating is already really thin as it is in the barrel...sadly the coating on these wheels is very poorly done and a definite disappointment! what else in new, right
